KinderSense® Playpen Safety Tent - The superior way to protect your child while sleeping.

The KinderSense® Playpen Safety Tent was designed to keep an infant in a playpen, allowing them to safely sleep in his or her playard by creating a safe and enclosed canopy, which can only be opened from the outside. 

We designed this tent with one main goal in mind; to create the safest playpen tent available. We recognized that playpens are different from cribs, in that playpen mattresses sit much lower than crib mattresses do. We saw that competitors' tents pose a safety hazard, as they have a lower fabric trim (which is the standard for crib tents) which in playpens, sits at the breathing level of a sleeping baby. This poses a clear breathing obstruction. 

We therefore came up with a Patent Pending design to remove the fabric trim and make the walls of the tent fully mesh throughout. This ensures that our tent provides clear breathing space, specifically at the baby’s breathing level. 

In addition to safety measures, we took every step to provide the highest level of quality in our tent. Our premium play yard tent boasts the highest quality durable fabrics, reinforced seams, and YKK manual locking zippers, to ensure a baby cant open it from the inside. The highly durable see-through mesh fabric used in the tent, ensures breath-ability and provides protection from mosquitoes and other insects. The tent itself is fastened by four sturdy straps, allowing the canopy to stay firmly in place. The tent could also be used to prevent cats and pets from entering the playpen. 

We designed it to maximize space, creating a snug perimeter around the inside of the playpen and making a safe little “home” for your child.

This tent fits all standard size playards, Pack N’ Plays, playpens and mini cribs.
